Aishah and Rajin’s wedding weekend brought together their beautiful shared Bangladeshi families and traditions. The first event was a Holud, a joyous pre-wedding ceremony, followed by their stunning reception at San Ramon Marriott.

What I handled:

  • Complete multi-day timeline design, execution and management

  • Vendor management and ongoing day-of support

  • Custom designs: postcard “guest experience” station with custom stamps and postcards

  • Personal item decor setup of all stationery (menus, programs, guest favors), welcome signage and seating chart

  • Wedding party, family and guest flow management

  • Outline of final to-dos and organizing decor inventory leading to day-of
