Salma and Yamah's wedding was a vibrant celebration blending Afghan and Egyptian
families — an outdoor ceremony flowing into a lively indoor reception filled with zaffe, a DJ, a coffee cart, and a beautiful fruit table. My job was to make sure every vendor, every moment, and every guest was exactly where they needed to be.

What I handled:

  • Full vendor and venue coordination ensuring everyone had what they needed

  • Custom wedding signage design and setup at the welcome table

  • Timeline management keeping the day running on schedule

  • Ceremony-to-reception flow coordination

  • Greeting and checking in on the bride and guests as they arrived

  • Managing the energy of a high-celebration reception with multiple moving parts

“My wedding day was seamless and timely. I was able to fully enjoy my wedding without worrying about a thing. She managed over 8 of my vendors incredibly well, always making sure everyonehad what they needed.”
