Paradise Ballrooms, Fremont — January
Full Wedding Planning — and yes, this was my own wedding!

This one is personal — literally. Planning my own wedding gave me the deepest possible appreciation for what couples go through, and the confidence to know I could handle every single detail under pressure. The day featured a traditional Zaffe entrance, full decor design and physical setup, and end-to-end planning from start to finish. I handled it all — including setting every table myself and tying every chair bow the night before.

What I handled:

  • Full venue management at Paradise Ballroom, Fremont

  • Complete decor design and physical setup

  • Zaffe entrance coordination

  • Guest list management and RSVP coordination

  • Wedding website and gift registry setup

  • All design work for printed, digital materials, and customized signage

  • End-to-end planning and day-of execution

Planning your own wedding teaches you things no training can. It's where I learned that the best coordinator is one who genuinely cares — because it's her day too.
